I love pasta and if it's Pasta Arrabbiata I can never say no. But sometimes I avoid it because of maida(white flour)in it. But now with this easy to make recipe I can make my favorite pasta at home with just a few ingredients and in a healthy way by using wheat semolina pasta instead of white flour ones.Try it out and enjoy this ghar me bana healthy and delicious pasta.

Boil approximately 1.5 litres of water in a large pan. Add salt to it.

Now put penne pasta in the water and boil it till cooked but be careful don't overcook it.

Now remove the water from it using a sieve. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a big skillet and put garlic in it. Saute for a minute till it's raw smell goes. Now add red chilli flakes saute and immediately add tomato puree. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add salt to it.

Now put boiled pasta in this puree. (Remember this puree should not be too thick. If you find it thick you can add some water to it).

Mix everything properly. Saute for a few seconds.

Your Pasta Arrabbiata is ready to serve.

Serve it in a bowl and sprinkle some red chilli flakes and oregano over it.
