Ingredients: 2 oranges, peeled and roughly chopped; 2 ripe Avacados, chopped; 1 bunch baby radishes, finely sliced; 150 g corn kernels; 100 g goats cheese, crumbled; 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice; 1 tbsp cold water; to taste Salt; to taste Ground black pepper

Ingredients

100 ggoats cheese, crumbled
2 tbspfresh lemon juice
1 tbspcold water
to tasteSalt
to tasteGround black pepper

Steps

Mix all the vegetables and fruit together in a bowl.

Whisk together the lemon juice, water, salt and black pepper. Drizzle over the top of the salad. Lightly mix to combine.

Top with the crumbled goats cheese. Serve!
