Take a big bowl add gram flour, corn flour, sakt and red chilli powder, add water and make little thick batter for pakoda.

Heat oil in a wok, take all pieces of gobhi, coat one by one into the battery and drop into the oil, half fry all pakodas.

Then cut into middle, again deep fry all pakodas into medium hot oil.

Sprinkle chat masala to taste.Serve with tamarind sauce or tomato sauce.
