Firstly grind all dals in grinder.

Then put it for whole night for fermenting.

Now take cooker remove whistle and rubber. Then take idli stand put batter in it and spread peanuts and sprinkle red chilli powder and steamed it for 10 minutes.

Now take mashed potato add salt, red chilli powder and mix it nicely.

Then take one Idli and spread some potato mixture and put another Idli on it.
It's ready for eating.
