This recipe is an easy and popular recipe with loads of fried garlic which makes it's flavour different.
Steps

Heat butter in a pan.add garlic and roast it on low flame till light golden brown then add chopped onion.Stir fry until gets light pink colour.

Now add all veggies and saute these until get soften.Add sauces and vinegar. (You can use lemon juice instead of vinegar) Saute it on high flame for 2 minutes.Stir constantly.

Then add boiled rice and mix well after adding salt & black pepper. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Now' switch off the flame. Sprinkle spring onion and serve with manchurian or tomato sauce.

Aroma of roasted garlic tastes awesome to this fried rice. So you should add some burnt (fried)garlic for.garnishing.
