Steps

Cut paneer in triangle shape. Heat butter in a karahi & add chopped onions.

Now add cashews & saute for 2-3 minutes minute. Add red chilli powder & salt.saute for a second.

Now add chopped tomatoes. Cook till they become mushy.Switch off the flame & let them cool down.

Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the paneer pieces till they become golden brown.Take them out on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

In a mixture grinder pour the tomato mixture & grind to a smooth paste.

In the same karahi,pour the paste & sprinkle kasuri methi. Cook on low flame for 2- 3 minutes.

Now add sugar & tomato ketchup. Add paneer masala & garam masala. Mix well.

Now add fresh malai & mix well on low flame.Add fried paneer.

Now add water & milk.cook for 5 minutes.switch off the gas.

Put it in a serving bowl & garnish with cream & garam masala.
