Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMoong dal
  2. 3/4 cupRice
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1/2 cupMilk made
  5. 2 tspGhee
  6. 8-10Saffron
  7. 1/2 cupCashew and raisins
  8. 1 cupMilk
  9. 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the Pan add Ghee add washed moong dal and rice roast for 2 minutes add milk, saffron and water cook till dal and rice softened.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, milk made mix well and cook for few minutes add ghee roasted cashew and raisins, cardamom powder mix well. And serve hot.
