Steps

Take all ingredients to make gulabjamun... First we make chashni...

Dissolve the sugar with water in a pan till 5 to 6 boil now add milk to remove the mail. Off the flame add pinch elaichi powder

Now take another pan add milk than suji mix well on the flame..add 1/2 ts ghee in it. stir Continuesly till thick and leave the pan.

After lil cooling add milk powder and other 1/2 ts ghee in it and mash it properly.

Make balls from this dough put some sugar between the ball again do round shape.

Heat the ghee.. Fry all gulabjamun on slow flame till golden brown.

Take all fried gulabjamun put all them in chashni.

Gulabjamun are ready to eat.
