6medium potatoes
Oil for deep frying
to tasteSalt,black pepper n paprika
1Carrot
1Tomato
1Cucumber

Peel,wash n cut the potatoes into chips

Put oil in a karai n deep fry.Once u hv removed from the oil sprinkle salt,black pepper n paprika to taste.

Make kachumbari as desired with cucumber, carrots n tomato u can add onions too
