Take jaggery chop it and add some water to it,boil it and let it get melted, keep aside

Take warm milk add saffron to it and keep aside, now take maida and wheat flour togthr...mix well..add the jagerry to it and saffron mixture,now add 1 egg and whisk it properly..the batter should nt be too thick nor too liquid..if needed keep on adding milk..marinate for 2 hours

Take a pan add some oil to it and add with a small cup of batter to the oil and cook on both the sides..serve hot with fresh cream..
