Take a bowl add all dry ingredients like maida,salt, baking soda
Mix well - 2
Now add curd and combine it well. Add water make dough neither hard nor soft.

Apply little oil and keep for 15-20 mins to rest.

Now take a small lemon sized dough and roll into a puri.

Heat sufficient oil in a pan and drop puri,press with a ladle and allow it to puff.

Enjoy this hot bhatura with chole and onion salad.
