Take a big bowl. Add all ingredients of making dough. Mix well, Make a semi soft dough by added water as required. Apply little oil on palm and make a smooth dough.

Now take a vessel, turn on gas, add oil, heat it, add mustard seeds, hing, it crackles, add water and all other ingredients of making ras. Keep as to boil water.

Now start making muthiyas. Take a very small size (Grape size) of ball to a dough, like that keep ready all muthiyas, just press your fingers on it to give impression of muthiyas.

Now add one by one all muthias in boiling water. Make sure water level should be more to cook muthiyas on a slow to medium flame. Mix well. Cover the vessel for 5 to 10 minutes.

Now open the lid, check muthias are perfectly cooked by pricking knife, if it is not sticky means it's ready to serve.

Make sure ras constituency should be semi liquid just like gravy.

Ready to serve. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot..
