PartOne:
Cut Paneer into 2.5"x 2.5"x.5 size pieces and fry, few pieces at a time. Put fried paneer in cold water.
Once Paneer is fried, keep about 3 tbsp oil in the vessel/kadhai. - 2
PartTwo:
Heat this oil and add clove, black cardamom, cumin and bay leaf. Mix well. Add chilli powder and mix it for a minute or two.
Now add hing Add about 30ml water and mix well. - 3
PartThree:
Add chopped tomato and add salt about 2 mins after the tomatoes.Mix well for 2 minutes. Now add the other masalas and cook for 5 to 7 mins till gravy is ready.The boil should come to.the surface. - 4
PartFour:
Add fried paneer and top it with Kasuri Methi. Cover with lid and cook for 3 to 4 mins. Switch off heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes. - 5
Tomato Paneer is ready. Serve hot with Steam rice.
