In a bowl take flour
2

Add salt and dahi and mix

Keep aside for 15 mins

Now add water to make batter
5

After that add eno an the mix lightly
6

Pour into idli tray
7

Steam on medium heat for 10 mins

Serve hot with sambhar/daal
