Wash and soak the rice approximately 10 minutes

In a pan add ghee, jeera seeds when cracked add bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, cloves stir 1 minute now add peas stir again

Add 2 and half cup of water and soaked rice add salt
- 4
Cover the pan with the lid when water absorb properly add paneer slices and garam masala
- 5
Ready for serve it can be eaten with dal or curd
