  2. Fresh habanero pepper30g
  3. Onions1med
  4. Garlic 3cloves(crushed)
  5. Ginger 5g(crushed)
  6. 2seasoning
  7. tspSalt1
  8. 500 gDriedfish
  9. 1 kgStockfish
  10. 3/4 CupVegetable oil

    Debone dry fish,soak, with stockfish for 8hrs,blend tomatoes and pepper manually,Peel and pound ginger and garlic,slice onions,set all aside, heat up vegetable oil,saute onions,garlic and ginger paste for 1min,add tomato puree,and seafood, stirfry,add seasoning and salt to taste,cook for 5mins,turn off heat...eat with carb of choice...
