Wrap ingredients: • wheat flour • tapioca starch • salt • cooking oil • egg • Water ± • Filling ingredients: • onion, thin sliced vertically • Any veggies (I use ±2 inches carrot thin sliced and 1 sheet of Chinese cabbage thin sliced) • Any meat thin sliced (marinate with pinch of salt, pepper and abit of oil ±5 mins) • Hard boiled egg, sliced
Chicken thigh/legs or breast parts • Maggi Indian cooking paste or garam masala • ginger garlic paste • smoked or plain paprika • Plain greek yogurt enough to coat the chicken • salt • pepper • slice of lemon or lime • Chili powder (optional)
