- I sort of made this up after looking at a few recipes on line, and after tasting this my husband exhorted me never to try to make cauliflower any other way as long as we live.
- I had to find a keto version for an old family favorite. I find slivered chicken breast is a nice, al dente substitute for properly cooked pasta. My whole family enjoys this keto version!

- This makes an army battalion pot pie! It’s only way I know how to make it 😁 I don’t measure very carefully so good luck! Hope it turns out. Next time I make it I’ll pay more attention and update my recipe if necessary.
