Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCashew Nuts (or as required)
  2. 2 cupRegular Salt (or as required)

Cooking Instructions

    Take regular salt in Kadhai. Keep on high flame till the salt is very hot by continuously stirring it.

    Once the salt is heated properly lower the flame and add cashews to the salt. Stir continuously for few minutes till cashew nuts starts changing it's colour to light brown. Switch off the flame and remove cashews with the help of a sieve in a plate. Allow cashews to cool properly. Slightly shake the plate to get rid of excess salt. (This salt can be used as many times as needed to make salted Cashew Nuts)

    Crunchy, delicious Salted Cashew Nuts are ready to be served. You can store it in an airtight container and enjoy whenever feel like having.
