  1. 1cup Mahenda or all purpose flour
  2. 1Cup Ghee
  3. 1/2powdered sugar
  4. 1/4 tspsoda bicarbonate
  5. 1/2 tspElaichi powder

    In a large mixing bowl take half cup of Ghee (at room temperature).

    Add half cup of powdered sugar

  3. 3

    Beat smooth using a hand blender for 7-10 minutes..

  4. 4

    Further add plain flour and baking soda.

  5. 5

    Than add Elaichi Powder(cardamom powder).

  6. 6

    Mix well. Knead the dough and combine with your hand

  7. 7

    Make small balls and flatten with your hand.

  8. 8

    Place the tray into preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degree fahrenheit for 15 minutes. or till the biscuits start to turn slight golden on top.
    Remove the tray and allow it to cool completely.
    Once cooled completely, nankhatai turns crunchy and tasty.
    finally, serve Lushy Nankhatai
