Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cupghee
  3. 4 cupsmilk
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. Saffron as required
  6. 1 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Now heat the milk a little and add it slowly. Wash the saffron in a little warm milk and keep it.

    Now when it starts to thicken, add saffron milk and sugar and cardamom powder and stir well

  3. 3

    After the mixture cools down, apply ghee in the mold and unmould the mixture.

    Then garnish it with almonds, saffron, this semolina laddu becomes very healthy and delicious.
