Ingredients

  1. 1/2cup milk
  2. 1 tspsaffron
  3. 2 tspsugar
  4. 1 tspghee
  5. 3 tbspAmul skimmed milk powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the milk a little. Then divide it into two bowls. Now add saffron, sugar and amul sximmed milk powder in one bowl and mix well.

    Put ghee in the pan when it gets hot add milk from another bowl and let it thicken a little.

    Then turn off the gas and add milk with prepared milk powder mix it.

    Now turn on the gas and let the mixture cook on slaw flame for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring constantly. If the mixture does not stick in the mouth take into a plate.

    Once it cool down, mash it with ghee. Then make peda evenly from it Garnish with pistachio.
