Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gbeef steak sliced
  2. 1/2carrot in strips
  3. 1/2yellow pepper in strips
  4. 1/4onion in strips
  5. 3-4mushrooms sliced
  6. 2 tbspdark soy sauce
  7. 2 tbspmirin sause
  8. 1/2 tbspwater
  9. 1 tbspsalt
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. 1 tspcooking sake (or white wine)
  12. 1 tbspflour
  13. 1 tbspwhite sesame seed
  14. 1-2Frozen Japanese udon noodles (Highly recommended frozen one)
  15. Oil for wok

Cooking Instructions

    Slice veg (carrot, yellow pepper, onion and mushrooms)

    Tenderize steak and slice then dredge in flour

  3. 3

    Stir fry beef quickly then remove to a plate

  4. 4

    Stir fry veg (put some salt to draw out the water)

  5. 5

    Add soy & mirin sauces and stir fry for a few minutes, then returning beef to wok

  6. 6

    Add Frozen udon & water and wait for a few minutes, then adding cooking wine to stir frying udon

  7. 7

    Enjoy it with white sesame seed on the top & must taste it with a bottle of beer 🍻
