Dry coconut Chutney is comnly made in Maharashtra state. It is used as side dish with egg curry and rice khichdi . Very easy to make and very yummy in taste. You can make it as a long travelling meal eat with bread and chapati. Keep it in air tight container , this is good in condition for 1 week .

Cooking Instructions

Dry roast the dry coconut sliced. till brown in colour, keep aside let it cool down completely.

In mixy jaar add coconut sliced, salt, chilli powder and garlic cloves.

Grind it till fine chutney is ready.
