  1. 12Lamb Chops
  2. 6-8 tablespoonOil
  3. 2 tablespoonChaat Masala
  4. 1 tablespoonChilli Flakes
  5. 1 tablespoonCumin Seeds
  6. 2 tablespoonMango Powder (Amchoor)
  7. 4 tablespoonLemon Juice
  8. 1 tablespoonDegi Kashmiri
  9. Mirch Powder
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    1. Wash and drain the chops in a colander

  2. 2

    Mix all the dry ingredients together
    Rub onto the chops making sure they are fully coated

  3. 3

    Next add the oil and lemon juice and mix well Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours - overnight works best

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a large wide based non stick frying pan
    Once it's nearly smoking hot add the chop
    Cook for 1-2 minutes & turn the side and add any leftover marinade and keep turning and basting with oil and marinade as you cook further

  5. 5

    Cook chops till done to your preference
    Remove and serve immediately.
