Cooking Instructions

1. Wash and drain the chops in a colander

Mix all the dry ingredients together
Rub onto the chops making sure they are fully coated - 3
Next add the oil and lemon juice and mix well Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours - overnight works best

Heat oil in a large wide based non stick frying pan
Once it's nearly smoking hot add the chop
Cook for 1-2 minutes & turn the side and add any leftover marinade and keep turning and basting with oil and marinade as you cook further - 5
Cook chops till done to your preference
Remove and serve immediately.
