Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssemolina
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1 bowlChopped veggies like carrot, green peas, bell pepper
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspeno
  6. ForTadka-
  7. As requiredOil
  8. 1Green chilli
  9. 1/2 tspMustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add semolina, curd, all veggies, salt, tadka rest 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes add tadka mix well then add ENO don't over mix.

  3. 3

    Take a appam stand preheat drop 2,3 drop of oil put appam better cook 1 minutes in low flame the turn and cook both sides.

    Enjoy with tomato sauce or nariyal chutney.
