In Bangladesh we have our version of Thai soup which is interestingly popular in Chinese restaurants. These Chinese restaurants are not authentic but Bangladeshi version ones. However, this soup is really delicious which we also make them at home.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupChicken breast
  2. Halfcup prawns
  3. 2eggs
  4. 4 slicesThai ginger or normal ginger
  5. 4-5Green chillies
  6. 1 stickLemon grass - Finley chopped
  7. 3 tbsptomato ketchup
  8. 3 tbspsweet chilli sauce
  9. 1 tbspvinegar
  10. 3 tbspcornflour + 1/2 cup water
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 5 cupswater
  14. 1 tspginger & garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the chicken breast with ginger & garlic paste. Fry them in a pan with 1 tsp of vegetable oil for 5 mins. Then put them in a separate bowl.

    Take one heavy saucepan and pour 5 cups of cold water. Mix the corn flour with water. Then pour all the ingredients one by one. Once done with mixing put the pan on the cooker. Keep it on high flame for 5 minutes and keep stir in.

    When the soup will start boiling turn the flame on low. Once it thicken turn of the gas. Serve in a soup bowl.

    This soup can be served with baguette or normal bread.
