Ingredients

  1. Halfmedium Cooked yam
  2. 1 tbspncrry
  3. 1 tbspnthyme
  4. 6seasoning cubes
  5. 1medium sized onion bulb chopped
  6. Scotch bonnet as desired
  7. 2cooked eggs
  8. For coating
  9. 2 sachetcornflakes crushed
  10. 2 cupsbread crumb
  11. 1 cupflour
  12. 3eggs
  13. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Here are te mentioned ingredient

    Start by frying your onion for 30sec then add your pepper and seaoning

  3. 3

    Followed by thyme and curry,stir in and fry till soft and well fried

  4. 4

    Using a mortar pound the yam till no lumps then add the fried spicy mix,ue your hand not the pestle and mix well,now here are all you need

    Peel nd cut your eggs into halves,break nd whisk the raw eggs, then do as shown in the picture

    After rolling it into a ball, deep it in the flour then into the egg and then

    Into the bread crumbs

    Then back inside the egg and into Your crushed flakes

    Repeat till all are done,the heat oil till very hot

    Then deep fry till golden brown,ad serve with some fresh tangerine juice or any of your choice
