  2. 2Egg
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Oil
  5. Pinchajinomoto

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash your sweet potatoes

    Cut it and add pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Parboiled it

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl break egg add pinch of salt and ajino moto whisk gently

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan

  6. 6

    Deep each potato in egg and fry it in oil till golden brown

  7. 7

    I fry the remaining egg
