    Pehle mooli ke patton ko kat kar iska pani dry kar lein.

    Phir isme sliced onion add kar ke gala lein.

    Phir tomato sliced add r ke us ko gala lein.salt add karden.

    Phir ik alag pan me oil lein kar usme sliced lehson onion aur hari mirch add kar ke light brown karen.aur saag me upar se dal dein.

    Achi tarha mila lein aur pan ko cover kar dein lid se.aur 5 min dam par rakh ke utar lein.

    Hamari dish ready hai.Aap isay chapati ya kisi b naan ke sath nosh farmayen.
