  1. 1 cupOats powder
  2. 2 tspsooji
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1-2chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspeno fruit salt

Cooking Instructions

    Make a powder of oats.

    Mix Oats, sooji and curd andd keep for7-8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add all the rest ingredients and add salt.

  4. 4

    Add water accordingly. We need a semi thick batter.

  5. 5

    Add eno and mix well. Make small size mini Uthappams, and serve hot with green Chutney.
