Ingredients

  1. 200 Gramwheatflour
  2. 2-3 Tablespoonghee or oil for roasting
  3. 1 Teaspoonwhite sesame seeds
  4. 1-2green chillies
  5. 1 Bowlmethi leaves
  6. 1 Bowlfresh coriander leaves
  7. 1 Tablespoonginger garlic and chilli paste
  8. 1 Teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 glass / 1 bowl buttermilk or curd
  10. 1 Teaspoonred chilli powder
  11. To taste salt
  12. 1 Bowlcurd for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly cleAn and wash thoroughly the methi leaves and coriander leaves. Finely chop and keep aside. Make ginger garlic and chilli paste.

    Now take A big bowl add wheat flour and chopped green veggies, ginger garlic and chilli paste, sesame seeds, salt, red chilli, turmeric powder and mix well.

    Now knead A little tight dough with oil and curd as required. Apply few drops of oil and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

    Now roll roti sized parathas from this dough thickness and size of paratha can be as per individual choice now heat A flat pan and roast the parath from both the sides on low to medium flame applying ghee while roasting. Serve with curd or pickle of your choice.
