Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 2 tspdessicated coconut
  3. 3 tspsemolina
  4. 4 tspclarified butter
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. as needed water
  7. as neededOil For frying
  8. 1/4 cuppowder sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl add flour,sugar powder,coconut,semolina and clarified butter mix for few minutes until it be comes like a crumble.

    Then sprinkle water and knead in a stiff dough roll on the dough in a thick disc cut in cookie cutter.

    Then heat oil then fry thekua in both sides become crispy.

    Then enjoy crispy thekua.
