Cooking Instructions

Take a mixing bowl add flour,sugar powder,coconut,semolina and clarified butter mix for few minutes until it be comes like a crumble.

Then sprinkle water and knead in a stiff dough roll on the dough in a thick disc cut in cookie cutter.

Then heat oil then fry thekua in both sides become crispy.

Then enjoy crispy thekua.
