Ingredients

  1. Sliceyour favourite bread 1 slice per person
  2. Smoked swordfish 1 slice per person
  3. Buffalo mozzarella
  4. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Drizzle bread with a little olive oil. Toast under grill until lightly brown on both sides. Add slice of swordfish on top

  2. 2

    Then a bit of buffalo mozzarella. Put back under grill for just 1 min

    Enjoy 😀
