Avocado and Egg Toast

The combination of fried egg and avocado is amazing, especially when paired with good bread; ours comes from the province of Lugo, where there isn't a single mediocre bakery.
Honestly, we didn't feel like cooking much tonight, but we wanted something delicious... By chance, we found a couple of avocados 🥑, but they weren't very big, so we decided to toast some good slices of bread 🍞 and fry some delicious free-range eggs 🍳. It turned out to be a delicious, quick, and satisfying dinner... yes, we had to cook, but it was worth it!
