Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl add white flour (reserve 5tbsp white flour)1tsp salt, 3tbsp butter mix it properly now add little by little chilled water and knead it 10 min make smooth dough now cover and keep in fridge for 30 min

Now in a another mixing bowl add butter now grate it add remaining flour mix it properly now add some white flour mix it now wrap and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes

After 30 min take out from the prepared first dough roll it thik layer then put on second prepared butter dough now fold it all side and agian roll it now fold it all sides and wrap and keep it in fridge for 30 min

Now after 30 mins take out from the fridge and roll it then again roll and fold it all sided and agian wrap and keep it in fridge

Repeat this process for 3 time

Heat the wok with oil then add cumin, ginger, green chili stir it few minutes then add chopped onion saute it 2or 3 minutes on medium flame then add smashed potatoes and all given spices, to taste salt mix it well on medium flame now coriander leaves mix it properly then reduce the flame keep it a side

After 30 mins take out from the fridge and roll it square shape and cut edges and divide in to a twice and cut in to 6 medium size square pieces

Now take a puff pices then put on prepared feeling and fold and light press it

Now make through this process all puffs

Now apply brush with milk and oil

Then bake it preheated microwaves (convection mode) for 15 min at 200 c
