Khaman (dhokala) cake

Take one katori besan n add same amount of water

Now add half tea spoon turmaric salt Powder sugar mix well

Now in another katori take pinch of limbo ful and half spoon
- 4
Take idaly maker add water do gas on...Now add half tea spoon water to eno n limbo ful mixture n mix it with besan

Mix it well again so u vl get fluffy consistency...add to any cake tin wassel as per ur choice

Cover it after 5 to 7 min dhokala is ready...

Take a pan one spoon oil add rai hing n green chilies chopped...after rai cracked add sugar water in this only..pour tadaka on khaman...

Now for chutney.mixture all ingredients as per given...

Survey dhokala with chutney...
