Ingredients

30 minutes
3 people
  1. 1/2 cupOats
  2. 1/4 cupgram flour/besan
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1onion Chopped
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1/4 cupgrated carrots
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  9. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  11. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast oats and after rosting grind it in a mixing jar. Take it in a bowl. Mix this with curd and besan. Add water as needed to make a smooth batter. Cover and set it aside for 10-15 minutes.

    Mix chopped veggies to the batter and prepare a mixture with a smooth consistency, neither too thick nor too thin. Pour and spread it in small portions on a preheated non-stick greased pan/tawa. Flip it and cook another side also.

    Healthy Oats Chilla is ready. Serve with curd or chutney. Enjoy !!!
