Cooking Instructions

First of all cut bitter gourd in ring formations and remove seeds then put some salt and keep for 15 minutes after 15 minutes wash these rings for 2-3 times now now put all ingredients on rings like red chilli powder turmeric powder Garam masala and salt mix it well

At last add corn flour and again mix it well and keep kadai on medium flame and put oil when oil is heated at these rings in it at last and tamarind chutney and sugar or jaggery powder in it. Add little bit water and cover it with plate

After 5-7 minutes your recipe is ready add fried onion if available which gives nice taste. You can try this recipe in lunch or in dinner.
