This is a delicious and easy smoothie bowl to make! I used my favourite toppings (my homemade chocolate buckwheat granola, banana, chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries and coconut flakes.

Makes 2 smoothie bowls (simply half the recipe to make one)

Ingredients

  1. For the smoothie bowl:
  2. 1 cupfrozen blueberries
  3. 1/4 cupfrozen raspberries
  4. 1 cupfrozen dragon fruit (I used the brand creative gourmet)
  5. 1/2 cupmilk of choice
  6. 1large banana
  7. For the toppings:
  8. Use any desired toppings (go to top of page to see the topping I used)

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all ingredients.

  2. 2

    In a high speed blender, process the frozen blueberries, raspberries, dragon fruit, milk and banana.

  3. 3

    Continue processing until the mixture becomes smooth and a think consistency.

  4. 4

    Add more milk if needed. if the mixture is too runny then add some more frozen fruit.

  5. 5

    Pour into 2 medium sized bowls and top with the toppings of your choice.
