Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl and add boil mashed potatoes and add green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, dry mango powder, salt and pinch haldi properly mix all ingredients.

Then take a bread slice and spread aloo mixture.

Cover with another bread slice.

And cut half slice.

Take a besan in bowl add salt, soda, haldi, red chilli powder and water.

Prepare dip with proper consistency.

Besan batter covering both sides. Deep fry immediately into hot oil.

Splash oil over bread pakora and fry on medium flame flipping occasionally.
Fry till the pakora turns golden and crisp.
Finally, serve bread pakoda.
