  1. 31/2 cupsRaw groundnut
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1tspn salt
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1tspn vanilla flavor
  6. Enough flour
  7. Vegetable oil for frying
  8. 1tspn b/powder optional
  9. Nutmeg optional
  10. Milk optional

    In a small bowl, crack in your eggs add sugar,salt,flavor and whisk it very well till the sugar dissolve.. Set it aside

    Start by cleaning your groundnut by picking all the dirty,stones, remove all the bad once and clean it with kitchen towel and set it aside

    Sieve the flour and set it aside too.

    In a big deep clean bowl pour in the raw selected groundnut.

    Take a small amount of the egg mixture and pour it to the groundnut and carefully shake it very well,

    Sprinkle some flour on it little by little and keep on shaking the bowl. This stage Preferable 2 people one is sprinkling the flour while the other person is turning it. Make sure u eat before making peanut lols. because you're going to be turning and shaking it very well to avoid sticky.

    Always remember to separate the once that gum to get a good and smooth result.

    Keep on repeating this stage until you exhausted all the egg mixture or till all the groundnut are well coated like this

    Let it rest for some minutes and fry it under low heat so that the groundnut inside will fry very well. Fry till golden brown.

    When frying it keep on staring it side by side to retain the same colour, don't stir it any how so that you will retain the smoothness.

    After frying, allow it to cool and store in an airtight container for about one month.

    Don't forget to cooksnap after trying it.
