Healthy Tofu Burger

I improved a dish that I used to make at my previous job!
If you use a sweet and salty sauce, it will become more like a delicious meatloaf.
Since I'm currently raising kids, I want to have meals that can be prepare quickly.
Use a good amount of salt and pepper!
Don't cook the onion, but add them in raw so that you can enjoy their texture.
Since the meat contains plenty of moisture, these don't dry out! Recipe by Ririi mama.

Vegetarian Tofu and Burdock Root Burgers Vegetarian Tofu and Burdock Root Burgers
Since my husband was putting on weight, I created this dish to serve him a healthy and tasty dish. The key is to slowly cook the burgers through on low heat. That will make them firm and less likely to break apart. Mayonnaise is optional, but I recommend a small amount for taste. Don't add too much or they will become greasy tasting. Low Calorie and Inexpensive Tofu Burgers Low Calorie and Inexpensive Tofu Burgers
The benefits of adding tofu are: ① it's low in calories; ② it's cheap to make and ③ kids who don't like tofu eat this burger without noticing (my little one hates tofu so much that when he sees any visible tofu he almost throws up.)The key is to drain the excess water from the tofu very well. If you skip this step the burger mixture will be hard to form, and will fall apart during cooking. You can use any kind of ground meat you like but I prefer pork. Please add nutmeg to taste. Melty Cheesy Tofu Burgers Melty Cheesy Tofu Burgers
It's been 6 years since I stopped eating meat. Most of my protein intake comes from tofu. Tofu can be eaten in many different ways, and you can even make pseudo-hamburgers with tofu.At Step 6, when you are forming the patties try to cover the cheese completely so that it's not poking out to the surface; that way the burgers will fry up easily. You can use a cheese other than mozzarella. Any cheese is ok as long as it's the melting kind. Recipe by enzo_lorenzo cookpad.japan -

I tried putting cheese into light tofu burgers and it was delicious, so I tried cheese in this too.If the patties don't hold together, add some more breadcrumbs. They are very soft and tend to fall apart, so please be careful when turning them over. The salmon is salty to begin with, so the patties don't need any additional seasoning.
