Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil and add the sugar until melted. Set it aside and let it cool
NOTE: I tried without melting it and the cake was alright - 2
Dice the apples until they are about 1 cm thick.

Mix the dry ingredients

Fold in the cooled sugar-oil mixture and milk/eggs

Pour mixture into cake tin. Bake at 160°C for 1 hr or until cake is cooked through

This simple recipe my favourite kind of apple cake. Basically you can just dump all the ingredients into a bowl, mix them up and pop it into the oven and you're good to go!
