Ingredients

2 -3 hours
6-8 servings
  1. Ginger garlic paste 2 and half tb spoon
  2. Red chilli 2 tbspoon
  3. Coriander powder 1 and half t spoon
  4. Salt 1t spoon
  5. Onion 3 big
  6. Oil one and half cup
  7. 1 kgBong
  8. Nihari masala
  9. dried ginger powder 1 t spoon
  10. tspfennel1
  11. Cumin seeds 1/2 t spoon
  12. Black cumin 1/4 t spoon
  13. whole spices powder half t spoon
  14. 1star anise
  15. nutmeg and mace powder 1/4 tspoon
  16. bay leaves 1
  17. 2Green cardamo
  18. Atta and besan
  19. 3 spoonata (chakki ata)
  20. Gramflour (Baisan) 1 tb spoon
  21. Roast and mix in wAter

Cooking Instructions

    Step one heat oil fry onion (half fry kar ke nikal lain)then add bong and all

    Add all spices

  3. 3

    Step two roast and blend nihari masala

  4. 4

    Now add 1 Tb spoon of the above spice in meat with 2 cups of water and cook for -2 hours then fry on a high flame till oil separates. Then take out the oil add more water and cook till meat is completely tender.

    While the meat is still on stove roast flour add flour mix in nihari and thicken it till you get your desired consistency

    Now mix the remaining spice mix with 1 t spoon (nihari masala packet) and cook for 20 minutes add
    oil(jo bhonnty waqt nikal liya tha)

    Dish out
    Sprinkle whole spices powder

    Coriander
    Lemon
    Fry onion
    Ginger chilli (Agar nali ke sath bong dali hai to nali say Gouda nikal kar alag say ya dishout karty waqt nali ka Gouda upar dal lain
    If u like
    Boil bheja with little bit of salt and haldi and serve with nihari )
