Ingredients

  1. 300 gfresh fish fillet
  2. All purpose flour
  3. 4eggs(beaten)
  4. Bread crumbs
  5. Salt
  6. Lemon
  7. Paprika
  8. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut fillet into stripes, marinated it with salt lemon, paprika and any other spices you like......let it sit in the fridge for some hours or overnight

    Remove from the fridge, coat the stripes with flour, then dung into the eggs, then coat with bread crumbs

  3. 3

    Make sure your cooking oil is at moderated heat not too hot.....now put one piece after the other let them cook well till golden brown.......drain excess oil and serve with accompaniment of your choice......
