Ingredients

  1. 500 gmschicken (cut into medium pieces)
  2. 1/2 tbsppepper corn
  3. 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tbsp and 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  5. 1big onion (sliced)
  6. 1small onion paste
  7. 1 tspginger paste
  8. 1/2 tbspgarlic paste
  9. As per taste salt
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1.5 tbspoil
  12. 1 tbspchopped spring onion

Cooking Instructions

    Process--
    Dry roast cumin seeds, peppercorn and 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds. Make powder. Keep aside. Add oil to the pan. Add fennel seeds. Add sliced onion. Saute for 1 minute. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste.

    Saute for 2 minutes. Add chicken,salt turmeric powder. Cook for 10 minutes in low flame using lid.

    Add roasted powdered masala. Mix well. Add 2/3 cup of water. Cook for 10 minutes in medium flame stirring occasionally and using lid. Add spring onion. Mix. Put off the flame. After 5 minutes it will be ready to serve.
