  3. 3Onion ke
  4. 2Onion (golden Brown)
  5. 8_10 lehson
  6. 3 inchke 3 piece adrak
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 1 cupoil
  9. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tbsphaldi powder
  11. 1.5 tbspzeera powder
  12. 1 tbspgarammasala powder
  13. water as required

    Aalu cheel kar medium size me piece kar lein aur unko 15_20 min ke liye namak wale pani me soak karden.

    Piyaz ke slices kar ke unko oil me golden brown karlen

    Jab golden brown ho jaye to usay oil se nikal ke alag kar lein.

    Chicken ko alag karhai ya pateelay me namak dal ke fry kar lein

    Tomato, onion aur lehson adrak ko grind kar ke paste bana lein.

    Ab oil walay pateelay me paste dal kar isme red chilli powder, haldi powder, brown piyaz mash kar ke, aur zeera powder dal kar masala bhunain.

    Jab masala oil chorh de to samjh jaye masala bhun chuka hai.

    Ab is me half glass pani add karden aur pehle se soaked kiye hoye aaloo shamil karden aur taiz aankch par pakayen

    Jab alu halke se soft ho jayen to isme fry ki hoi chicken add karden.

    Ab isme pisa hoa garammasala shamil kar ke tez anch par pakayen aur gravy jitni garhi ya patli rakhni hai us hisab se pani dry kar lein. Kuch dair dam par rakh ke utar lein.

    Now dishout and serve with zeera rice.

    Aap tamater ki chutney ya podeenay ki chutney b sath me le sakte hain.
