Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings
  1. 1large piece (about 10 1/2 oz) chicken thigh
  2. 1large green onion
  3. Soy sauce and sake, as needed (for marinating the meat)
  4. Flour, as needed (for coating the meat)
  5. 3 tablespoonseach ★soy sauce, sugar, sake

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the green onion into 1 1/2-inch pieces, grill in a frying pan until browned, then remove.
    (Quickly over high heat)

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in a sauce of 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sake.
