Ingredients

  1. 250 gbasmati rice (soak in water for 1/2 an hour)
  2. 1medium size carrot finely chopped
  3. 10no french beans finely chopped
  4. 25 gcabbage sliced chop
  5. 1/2green capsicum chopped into slice
  6. 1onion chopped into slice
  7. 1/2 inchginger finely chopped
  8. 6no garlic flakes finely chopped
  9. Spring onion leaves finely chopped (1 small cup)
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tablespoonwhite pepper powder
  12. 50 mlcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook rice in 5 litres water,once water boils add soaked rice,allow to boil again,after few minutes once the rice cooked (it won’t stick,must be loose) drain water with a drainer and then tranfer it to plate for cool

    Take a pan pour oil in it, once get heat add ginger garlic,one by one all the veggies,keep frying it for five minutes (except spring onion leaves)

    After frying add rice to it with required salt,fry again finally add white pepper powder to it

    Finally add spring onion leaves to it,set aside in a pan for five minutes after switch off the flame,Then tranfer to bowl,ready to serve our delicious fried rice.
